HOW CAN I GET NICOTINE?

REFUND POLICY

Full refund can be obtained with in 48 hours of receiving the product as long as the product has not been opened or tampered with. The product will need to be returned in the original condition before the refund can be processed. Vapor Australia will need to be contacted for a Returns Authorization Number and once we provide the number we will advise you of the shipping address. Vapor Australia will not be liable for return shipping cost.

RETURNS POLICY

Refunds or returns on items for change of mind will be considered at our discretion.  If an item arrives and it is dead on arrival we either offer a refund or exchange, item will need to be assesed by our technitions before full refund can de arranged.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Vapor Australia has two shipping options available, we use Australia Post for our shipping. Standard shipping or Express post ( both come with standard tracking) Signature on delivery is offered at an additional cost of $2.95 for Standard and Express Post Services.

Free Standard Post shipping is offered on all purchase over $60.

Free Express Post shipping is offered on all purchases over $80.

Please note:  Once a package has been lodged with Australia Post, Vapor Australia can not be held liable for packages that go missing, are delayed, or are damaged during transit.  Should there be an issue with the delivery, we will assist as best we can with any claim you make with Australia Post.  Australia Post will likely require a photo of the package to prove that it was correctly addressed etc.  Please contact us if you require a copy of that photo.  We maintain photos of packages (with addresses) for no longer than 3 months after lodgement. Please see the following link with information about how to begin a claim with Australia Post. https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items

If you require insurance for your package, we can arrange insurance for the fee charged by Australia Post.  Please contact us prior to submitting your cart to organise this.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once payment has been made and received you will receive a confirmation email with your order. If your order is placed before 3pm EST we will make all reasonable attempts to ship it out the same day, an email with the tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to be seen on the Australia Post Site.
